When will my order be shipped out?
 Orders are shipping within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders made on weekends or national holidays will be processed next regular business day.

How do I keep a track of my delivery?
 You will receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail when your package(s) shipped out. Be sure to check your spam folder too.

What is your return policy?

Do you offer shipping insurance?
 Yes, and it’s $0.75 per $100. It’s worth to pay and have a peace of mind. Please leave a insurance request note @ check out. Customer pays for insurance and responsible for claims for lost or damages with USPS. Signature confirmation service is $2.00 extra by USPS.

Can you ship to P.O Box or APO/FPO addresses?
 Unfortunately we do not guarantee it will be delivered. Besure the P.O.Box is adequate size for parcel boxes.

 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to international locations. Express and Airmail shipping methods are available for international shipping.

How long does it take to deliver an international order?
Estimate delivery date is 5 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) for Express Mail and 10-20 business days for First Class International Mail.
Please note there is no guarantee time of delivery on international shipments. Actual delivery time might take longer. Delay may usually due to customs clearance, severe weather, or strikes. We are not responsible for any delay beyond our control.

Do you open on holiday?  No, we are closed on all national holidays.
